By using cymavis.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
CymaVis provides free, browser-based cymatics visualizations and educational articles. The simulations use simplified mathematical models intended for learning, teaching and creative use. They are not scientific or engineering measurement tools, and nothing on the Service is medical advice.
Microphone and audio files
If you choose to use your microphone or an audio file, the audio is processed locally in your browser and is not recorded or uploaded by us. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your browser settings.
Images you create
You may use images you export from the simulators (for example with the Export PNG button) for personal and commercial purposes. Attribution to CymaVis is appreciated but not required.
Our content
The website design, source code, articles and other content are owned by CymaVis. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the original page. Please do not republish full articles or copy the Service without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Advertising and third-party links
The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CymaVis is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Please keep speaker and headphone volume at a safe level, especially with high or low frequency tones.
